TripleC access funding scheme for HETV DDN crew

TripleC is running a new funding scheme for deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent (DDN) crew on behalf of Screenskills supported by the ScreenSkills High-end TV Skills Fund with contributions from UK high-end TV productions.

Who can apply

Deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent off-screen freelance crew currently working or aspiring to work in High-End TV (HETV). This includes writers, directors and producers.

What it covers

Funding for an access bursary can be used to remove access barriers which stop you from entering, progressing or returning to work in HETV.

Due to the wide range of barriers, TripleC are open to what can be funded. Examples might include training, aids, accommodation, travel, driving lessons, childcare, support to apply to Access to Work, software and equipment.

Priority will be given to adjustments or equipment that would not be funded by Access to Work, either because they would not meet their criteria or it would take too long to get the funding.

You can apply for between £100 and £2,500 (including VAT). TripleC can fund up to 100% of the cost, so you may not have to contribute. Only one award per person will be made in 12 months.

All activity or training regarding the bursary must be completed by the end of 2024. They cannot fund academic courses for universities or colleagues.

How to apply

To apply for the TripleC fund you can do one of the following options:
