Stowe Story Labs has announced their Fellowship Finalists to the 2021 Narrative Labs. Among them is Birmingham filmmaker Brendan O’Neill, with his project ‘The Little Winding Road’, a war drama, action feature. Brendan, along with filmmakers Jack Irwin from London and Sean McConville from Watford are finalists for the 2021 Irish Film London Fellowship, which is awarded to a top emerging UK based screenwriter or filmmaker (director or creative producer) who is Irish, of Irish descent, or a member of the Irish diaspora. Other British filmmakers have made the finals for the Final Draft Fellowship, Maven Screen Media Finalists and Tangerine Entertainment Finalists.

Stowe Story Labs is a non-profit effort to bring screenwriters, filmmakers and creative producers together with seasoned, working industry professionals to get work made and seen.
The annual Stowe Narrative Lab is an intensive four day program from June 5 – 8, 2021. It features skill development and focus on story structure, character and theme; conversation about story; packaging; elements of creative production; casting; adaptation; and finance and distribution. Participants will also again direct access to working industry professionals, network with talented peers, and benefit from workshops and roundtables.
