DESCRIPTION:The Black Country Horror Shorts Film Festival is a festival for short HORROR films of around 10 minutes. \n\n\n\nNow in it’s fourth year\, we are proud to present our festival of short horror films. \nOur panel of Judges\, will choose the best 15 films\, which will be screened on the night. All those films will receive an OFFICIAL SELECTION Laurel and a certificate. The best four films will receive a RUNNER UP Laurel and one film will receive a glass trophy and a WINNER laurel \nThe event date is November 11th doors open at 6.30pm and will be held at The Ruskin Glass Centre in Stourbridge.

DESCRIPTION:Birmingham Film Festival is an international film festival held in Birmingham\, England\, showcasing and recognising talent on a world stage. \nAll screenings and many events are free to attend. \nHeld every November and including features\, shorts\, documentaries\, screen plays\, TV pilots and music videos on our main theatre screen\, as well support events with special guests. \nDistributors\, producers and press from all over the world will be on hand to view the films screened and there will be the chance to network with them at the festival too. Many of the industry’s top companies and film schools will also be in attendance offering advice on education and career opportunities. \nOther events and networking opportunities will be announced closer to the date. These will include seminars\, Q&As\, conventions and memorabilia expos. \nThere will be a high calibre panel of special guest judges\, from various areas of the industry\, who will review the nominees’ entries and select the winners at the festival’s closing event. The award ceremony will be held at a high-profile venue in the city and be an open ticket event.
