Producers’ Forum Monthly Meetup – Aug

Producers’ Forum is an independent membership organisation serving filmmakers in the West Midlands. The organisation has grown and developed over the years and has a vision to be the connector and enabler for the filmmaking community in the region. Producers’ Forum welcomes you as a member to join our community and together we can help it grow into the vibrant and sustainable sector we all want to see in our region.

Every month we meet and interact and bring experts from the film industry to share their knowledge and expertise to fellow members. We are excited to have Damian Gallagher as our guest for Aug.

Damian is a Birmingham Born writer, actor sans producer. He worked in film production, for producer David Ladd (Hart’s War) and alongside David’s brother, Oscar winning producer Alan Ladd Jr. (Braveheart). Having spent five years working in Los Angeles, Damian returned to the UK for his drama training, and now splits his time between the UK and America. Damian worked as part of the script development team for the Ladd Company providing coverage on scripts for potential projects.
