Screening Rights Film Festival 2016

Posted on 8 August 2016

Following the success of the inaugural festival last year, we’re back with a four-day programme of important and inspiring Social Justice films by award-winning and new directors from across the globe.

Taking place across Birmingham, ALL films include post-screening discussions with directors, producers, writers, `stars’, activists and experts. Screening Rights Film Festival, Birmingham’s International Festival of Social Justice Film, takes place across the city from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th September 2016

Tickets go on sale mid-August. For more information and updates please visit screeningrights.org

Screening Rights is based on research at the University of Birmingham and aims to inspire and develop debate on the potential of film to affect personal, social and political change.
