'Devise to Deliver' an opportunity for innovative film and media makers

Doc/Fest and Crossover Labs are delighted to announce Devise to Deliver, an exciting new 6-month training scheme for New and innovative film- and media-makers to broaden their understanding of the possibilities of digital media, including developing multiplatform business skills and embracing new ways to fund, distribute and market films through new technology.

Devise to Deliver is a 5-stage programme across the UK, starting in January 2012 in Bristol, London, Sheffield, Edinburgh and Manchester, followed by a 2-day Seize The Future Workshop with international experts Sandi DuBowski and Peter Broderick at the Stoke Your Fires festival , and culminating at a new D2D Market at Sheffield Doc/Fest in June where 10 selected participants will have the opportunity to pitch projects in matchmade meetings in a specially-devised version of MeetMarket.

THIS PROGRAMME IS OPEN TO ANYONE WORKING ON ANY PLATFORM FOR ANY GENRE (i.e. it’s not just about documentaries!)
Devise to Deliver costs £210 plus VAT and a limited number of bursaries are available.
