After graduating from Birmingham City University’s BSc (Hons) Sound Engineering and Production course, Tyler Langan secured his dream job at Spotify. Working in their Customer Services department, he describes his role as somewhere between a systems engineer and analyst, doing lots of Python and UNIX programming Рwhich he loves.

A Customer Support Team Leader at Spotify with a background in music technology and production, Ryan Covill graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a BA (Hons) in Creative Music Technology and went on to earn a Masters in Popular Music Production. In addition to his employment at Spotify, Ryan works as a producer and DJ of electronic music.
